某师范院校贫困学生的心理健康状况与应对方式研究

摘    要:目的 了解师范院校贫困生的心理健康状况与应对方式,为贫困生的教育及心理卫生保健提供参考依据.方法 采用SCL-90和应对方式问卷,对某师范院校优秀贫困生97名、一般贫困生147名、非贫困生120名进行测试.结果 心理问题(以SCL-90≥160为界定标准)检出率为26.4%,其中优秀贫困生为26.0%,一般贫困生为29.2%,非贫困生为23.3%,3组差异无统计学意义.优秀贫困生、一般贫困生和非贫困生在应对方式中的退避因子差异有统计学意义,在解决问题因子上差异有统计学意义.结论 优秀贫困生、一般贫困生、非贫困生三者之间心理健康状况差异无统计学意义,优秀贫困大学生更倾向于采取积极的应对方式.

Abstract:Objective To study the mental health and coping styles among impoverished normal college students, and to provide reference and evidence for the education and care of their mental health. Methods SCL - 90 and Coping Style Questionnaire were used to survey 97 impoverished top students, 147 impoverished ordinary students and 120 non-impoverished students. Results There were 26.4% of the students whose scores were higher than 160 in SCL - 90. Among them, the incidence rates were 26.0%, 29.2% and 23.3% for the impoverished top students, impoverished ordinary students and non-impoverished ones respectively, and no statistical significance was found among the three factors. Statistical significance existed in the wince factors of coping styles and problem solving among the three groups. Conclusion There is no statistical significance of mental health among impoverished top students, impoverished ordinary students and non-impoverished students. Tile impoverished top students prefer to taking active coping styles.
