| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨多层螺旋CT在上尿路梗阻性疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法:对72例上尿路梗阻性疾病的患者行多层螺旋CT平扫加增强检查,超声检查和静脉尿路影(IVU)检查。结果:72例中诊断为结石性上尿路梗阻14例,非结石性上尿路梗阻58例。72例中有67例得到手术病理证实。多层螺旋CT诊断结石性上尿路梗阻的敏感性和特异性均为100%,优于超声和IVU检查(P<0.01);诊断非结石性上尿路梗阻的敏感性和特异性分别为91.4%和100%,亦优于超声和IVU检查(P<0.01)。结论:对上尿路梗阻患者行多层螺旋CT平扫加增强的检查以判断梗阻原因,临床效果满意。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value of multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of upper urinary tract obstruction. Methods:Contrast-enhanced spiral CT was performed in 72 patients with upper urinary tract obstruction. Results:Among these 72 patients,14 had calculous obstruction and 58 had noncalculous obstruction. The diagnosis was also confirmed by surgical pathology in 67 patients. The sensitivity and specificity of multi-slice spiral CT were 100% and 100% in patients with calculous obstruction and 91.4% and 100% in those with noncalculous obstruction. Both the sensitivity and specificity of multi-slice spiral CT were higher than those of ultrasonography and intravenous urography (P < 0.01). Conclusion:Contrast enhanced spiral CT is effective in the diagnosis of upper urinary tract obstruction. |
