| 摘 要： | 目的：观察丹参注射液和“活血化瘀汤”结合中医辨证治疗原发性肾病综合征（ＰＮＳ）的疗效。方法：６４例ＰＮＳ患者随机分为２ 组，对照组（３０ 例）采用泼尼松治疗；治疗组（３４ 例）在激素治疗的基础上加用丹参注射液２０ ｍ ｌ加入５％ 葡萄糖２５０ ｍ ｌ中静滴，并口服“活血化瘀汤”治疗。结果：治疗组血胆固醇及全血粘度下降明显，与对照组比较均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜ ０．０５或Ｐ＜ ０．０１）；治疗组总有效率为９４．１％ ，对照组为８３．３％ ，２ 组比较有显著性差异（χ２＝ ５．７６，Ｐ＜ ０．０５）。结论：“活血化瘀汤”和丹参注射液联用激素是治疗ＰＮＳ的有效方法。
