高频彩色多普勒超声诊断剖宫产术后子宫内膜异位症的临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声诊断剖宫产术后子宫内膜异位症的临床价值。方法选取本院2011年12月至2013年10月剖宫产孕妇376例,行高频彩色多普勒超声检查。根据子宫内膜异位症的发生情况分为两组,23例发生子宫内膜异位症患者为观察组,353例未发生子宫内膜异位症患者为对照组,分析高频彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜异位症的临床价值。结果剖宫产术后子宫内膜异位症患者年龄高发于30岁以上,月经期血流较为丰富,血流频谱为低速高阻,回声多为不均质低回声,边缘呈现毛刺状,有压痛感。结论高频彩色多普勒超声可准确诊断剖宫产术后子宫内膜异位症,具有操作简单、无创、准确性高等优点,值得临床推广使用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of endometriosis after cesarean section. Methods 376 pregnant women with cesarean section in our hospital from December 2011 to October 2013 underwent high frequency color Doppler ultrasound, in whom 23 cases of endometriosis were selected as observation group and 353 pregnant women without endometriosis as control group. Clinical value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of endometriosis was analyzed. Results Patients with endometriosis after cesarean section were mostly over 30 years old, whose menstrual blood was abundant. Blood flow spectrum was low velocity and high resistance, with not homogeneous low echo and burr shape edge. Patients had tenderness. Conclusion High frequency color Doppler ultrasound can accurately diagnose endometriosis after cesarean section, with simple and non-invasive operation, worthy of clinical application.
