门冬胰岛素辅助治疗老年2型糖尿病38例疗效观察

目的评价门冬胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取2010年3月至2013年2月来我院就诊的2型糖尿病病人76例，将其随机分为两组，其中对照组38例，给予瑞格列奈治疗，观察组38例，在对照组的基础上给予门冬胰岛素治疗。观察并比较两组患者的空腹血糖（FPG）、餐后2h血糖（2hPG）、糖化血红蛋白浓度（HbA1c）以及低血糖的发生率。结果两组患者治疗前FPG、2hPG及HbA1c的值相比较，差异无统计学意义（P〈0．05），治疗后各指标均有不同程度改善，但相比之下观察组FPG、2hPG及HbA1c的值降低得更为明显，与对照组治疗后相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组低血糖发生率为2．63％，对照组为10．53％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论门冬胰岛素联合瑞格列奈治疗老年2型糖尿病疗效好，值得临床推广。

Insulin aspart adjuvant therapy for 38 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of insulin aspart combined with repaglinide in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 76 patients with type 2 diabetes were selected from our hospital from March, 2010 to February, 2013 and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, 38 cases for each group. The control group were treated wtih repaglinide, and the observation group with insulin aspart and repaglinide. The fasting plasma glucose （FPG）, 2 h postprandial blood glucose （2hPG）, glycated hemoglobin （HbAlc）, and the incidence of hypoglycemia of both groups were observed and compared. Results The values of FPG, 2hPG, and HbAlc had no statistical differences betweent the two groups before the treatment （P 〈 0.05） and were all improved and were better in the observation group than in the control group after the treatment, with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）. The incidence of hypoglycemia was 2.63% in the observation group and was 10.53% in the control group, with a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Insulin aspart combined with repaglinide in the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes is effective and worth being clinically generalized.
