深圳市罗湖区妇女孕前口腔保健意识及行为调查分析

目的了解深圳市罗湖区妇女孕前口腔保健意识情况及行为。方法通过问卷调查口腔检查结果及治疗情况初步了解罗湖区孕前妇女口腔保健意识及行为。结果166例孕前妇女完成了问卷调查，38％的孕妇认为孕前应进行口腔检查；22％的孕前妇女认为怀孕期间的口腔疾病会对胎儿健康产生不利影响，21．08％的孕前妇女认为怀孕期间的口腔疾病会对孩子出生后健康有影响；孕期口腔保健知识主要来源于医务人员、媒体及保健书籍，占74％；孕前妇女最主要的牙齿问题为牙石、探诊出血和需拔除阻生牙；高达48．19％的人从未做过口腔检查，62．05％的孕前妇女从未洗过牙；不看医生的三大主要原因：自认为不需要、就诊不方便、价格贵。结论通过调查，本地区妇女孕前口腔保健意识较差；需要加大普及孕前口腔保健知识的力度，提高育龄妇女的口腔保健意识，减少因口腔问题导致的不良妊娠结局，从而提高本地区出生婴儿的健康水平。

Analysis of oral health consciousness and behavior for women before pregnancy in Luohu District of Shenzhen City

Objective To understand oral heahh consciousness and behavior for women before pregnancy in Lu with no need for ohu District of Shenzhen City. Method Through questionnaire survey oral cavity inspection result and treatment situation, understood oral cavity health care consciousness and behavior for women before pregnancy in Luohu District. Results 166 pregnant women completed questionnaire survey, 38% of whom thought oral examine should be taken before pregnancy, 22% thought oral diseases during pregnancy was harmful to fetal health, 21.08% thought oral diseases during pregnancy had an impact on newborn health. Pregnancy oral health knowledge came mainly from media, medical staff and health books, accounting for 74%; major dental problems of pregnancy women were tartar, bleeding on probing and impacted teeth; 48.19% of pregnancy women never had oral examine, 62.05% of pregnancy women never washed their teeth. Three main reasons not to see a doctor were no need, inconveniency and expensive cost. Conclusions Through the survey, oral health consciousness of women before pregnancy is poor. Oral health knowledge before pregnancy should be popularized. Improve oral health awareness in women of childbearing age, reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes caused by oral problems, in order to improve newborn health in local region.
