| 摘 要： | 目的：用薄层色谱法(TLC)分离鉴别双黄少腹贴中主药川芎及丹参。方法：吸附剂为硅胶G，展开剂为苯—正己烷(4：1)。结果：Rf值分别为0．385，0．513(川芎)，0．269(丹参酮ⅡA)。结论：该法操作简快捷，准确，专属性强，重现性好，可用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To identify and isolate of two main Chinese traditional medicines ( Chuanxiong and Danshen ) in Shuanghuang Shaofutie by TLC. METHODS TLC was conducted using silica Gel G plate with a developing solution of benzen-n-hexanc (4:1). RESULTS The R { values was 0.38 and 0.51 (Chuanxiong), 0.27 (Danshentong IIA). CONCLUSIONS The method can be used for the quality control of the preparation. |
