| 摘 要： | 目的探讨放松式心理护理干预对手术麻醉患者术前焦虑、抑郁及血压的影响。方法选择2008年6月～2010年12月我院手术麻醉患者162例,在常规护理的基础上给予放松式心理护理。并对护理干预前后患者焦虑及抑郁情况测评评分,观察护理效果。结果与护理干预前比较,干预后患者焦虑及抑郁评分明显降低(P<0.05);护理干预后患者血压及心率较干预前均有所降低,有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论放松式心理护理干预明显缓解麻醉患者术前焦虑、抑郁情绪,获得良好的护理效果。
