558名社区高血压患者相关知识和行为调查分析

目的 了解高血压患者的高血压相关知识知晓率、治疗率、控制率及相关行为,为防治社区高血压提供理论依据.方法 采用分层整群抽样的方法,对芜湖市弋江区内558名社区高血压患者进行问卷调查.结果 高血压患者高血压相关知识知晓率为73.0％,治疗率为93.2％,其中155人同时也采用了非药物控制的方法,91.6％的人血压控制理想或尚可.5.7％的人单纯使用非药物控制的方法.不同的年龄、文化程度、职业和收入水平高血压相关知识知晓率不同（P＜0.0l）.获得高血压知识的主要途径是宣传教育.部分调查对象存在高血压危险行为.结论 社区卫生服务人员应加强宣传教育,提高社区居民高血压相关知识知晓率,改善不良的生活习惯.

Analysis of the Relevant Knowledge and Behavior of 558 Hypertension Patients in Community
