| 摘 要： | 目的使用电子气管镜代替胸腔镜诊断胸腔及胸腔积液疾病（包括血胸、脓胸、胸腔积液）。方法纤支镜进行胸腔积液诊断27名患者。结果电子纤支镜代替胸腔镜在诊断这些疑难胸腔积液患者可活检帮助诊断,又可治疗。结论通过胸腔闭式引流管置入电子纤支镜诊断疑难胸腔积液,十分简单、有效、微创,同时有较高的效费比。
