| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CT在胰腺单发转移瘤与胰腺癌鉴别诊断中的价值。资料与方法回顾分析13例经穿刺细胞学、术后病理及临床随访证实的胰腺单发转移瘤的CT表现,并与53例经病理证实的胰腺癌的CT表现进行对比。所有病例行CT平扫及增强扫描。结果胰腺单发转移瘤与胰腺癌在病灶分布、形态与边缘、周围血管侵犯、胰管及胆管扩张、胰腺体尾部萎缩等方面有较大差异。结论 CT有助于鉴别胰腺单发转移与胰腺癌。
