肺结核合并肺部感染的病原菌分布及药敏分析

目的了解肺结核患者合并肺部感染的病原菌种类及耐药情况,指导临床合理使用抗生素。方法对我院2010年肺结核患者下呼吸道标本分离出的病原菌结果进行分析。结果共分离病原菌1440株,G-杆菌771株（53.5%）,G＋菌76株（5.3%）,真菌593株（41.2%）。大肠埃希菌产超广谱β-内酰胺酶（ESBLs）率（77.78%）高于肺炎克雷伯菌的产酶率20.42%。甲氧西林耐药菌株占金黄色葡萄球菌的65.38%。结论肺结核患者合并肺部感染的病原菌构成以G-杆菌和真菌为主,对多药耐药性较高,临床医生应根据药敏结果选择合理的抗菌药物。
