| 摘 要： | 目的探讨痰噬菌体联合结核菌素试验（PPD）、血清抗结核抗体检测对肺结核的诊断价值。方法收集2008年3月～2010年5月间诊断明确的肺部疾病患者的临床资料,对其痰噬菌体检测结果与PPD、血清抗结核抗体及痰抗酸杆菌检查结果进行对比分析。结果 1.肺结核患者痰噬菌体检测阳性率为73.3%（110/150）,高于肺癌患者[12.5%（1/8）]和良性疾病[4.5%（1/22）],差异有统计学意义P均〈0.05）而肺癌和肺部良性疾病相比,差异无统计学意义（χ2值=0.60,P〉0.05）。2.肺结核患者痰噬菌体检测联合PPD、血清抗结核抗体检查诊断肺结核的敏感性为84%（126/150）,高于单独痰噬菌体、PPD及血清抗结核抗体的敏感性（P均〈0.05）。结论痰噬菌体检测对肺结核的诊断提供了新的途径。痰噬菌体检测联合PPD、血清抗结核抗体检测更加有利于肺结核的诊断。
