| 摘 要： | 目的 了解血液透析患者对血透相关问题的认知状况,进一步分析认知状况中存在的问题,并采取护理对策.方法 采用方便抽样法运用自行设计的血液透析治疗患者相关问题调查表对本院维持性透析治疗的患者88例问卷调查.结果 本调查显示血透患者存在问题：口服用药品种繁多；对血透相关健康知识缺乏；对血透存有担心；希望得到医护人员对血透相关健康知识的指导.结论 对存在的问题采取针对性的护理措施,有利于提高患者治疗依从性,从而减少血透并发症的发生,提高患者的生活质量.
