烟台地区慢性乙型肝炎患者病毒基因型分布与临床特征分析

目的了解烟台地区慢性乙型肝炎患者HBV基因型的分布及其与临床的关系。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR法,检测362例慢性乙型肝炎患者HBV基因型,并分析不同基因型之间性别、年龄及ALT、HBV DNA定量、HBeAg状态的差异。结果 362例标本中,B基因型7例（1.9%）,C基因型344例（95.0%）,非B非C型11例（3.0%）。B基因型患者年龄（36.29±17.54）岁,C基因型患者年龄（37±10.64）岁,非B非C型患者年龄（45.09±10.67）岁,P=0.050;两两比较提示C基因型患者年龄较非B非C型患者年龄低,P=0.015,余差异无统计学意义。不同基因型之间性别及ALT、HBV DNA定量、HBeAg状态的差异均无统计学意义。结论烟台地区慢性乙型肝炎患者HBV以基因C型为主,存在少量基因B型及非B非C型。不同基因型患者年龄可能存在差异。

Clinical characteristics and distribution of hepatitis B virus genotypes in CHB patients in Yantai area

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and distribution of hepatitis B virus （HBV） genotypes in Yantai city. Methods HBV genotypes were detected in 362 patients with chronic HBV infection using Real - time PCR. Results HBV genotype B, C and non - B or non - C were identified in 7 （ 1.9% ） ,344 （95.0%） and 11 （ 3.0% ） patients respectively. The age of patients infected with HBV genotype B, C and non -B or non - C is 36.29 ± 17.54, 37 ± 10.64 and 45.09± 10.67 respectively（P =0. 050）. No significant difference was found in the positive rate of HBeAg or the serum level of ALT, HBV DNA among the patients with genotype B, C and non - B or non - C （ P 〉 0.005）. Conclusion Genotype B , C and non - B or non - C have been found in the CHB patients of Yantai city and genotype C is the predominant genotype found. There maybe significant difference among the ages of patients infected with different HBV genotypes.
