| 摘 要： | 目的探讨运用指力刺激方法对脊髓损伤患者肠道功能重建的效果。方法根据不同脊髓损伤分级的病人106例分为实验组和对照组,各53例。实验组早期采用指力刺激直肠黏膜,配合腹部按摩、药物辅助治疗。对照组采用传统的排便方法。结果两组排便恢复情况的比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在不同分级脊髓损伤病人的肠道功能重建中综合评估病人情况,采用指力定时刺激直肠黏膜,能重建骶部排便反射,使病人形成规律性排便。
