| 摘 要： | 目的乙型肝炎合并肺结核的患者在抗结核化疗过程中,辅以抗病毒、护肝治疗的效果观察。方法将乙型肝炎合并肺结核患者56例,随机分为2组：抗结核＋抗病毒治疗＋护肝治疗组（A组）;抗结核＋护肝治疗组（B组）,观察肝功能情况。结果 B组ALT、AST和T-BIL、HBV-DNA高于A组,两者差异显著（P〈0.05）;B组肝功能异常率高于A组,两者差异显著（P〈0.05）;B组停药率高于A组,两者差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论抗病毒治疗能明显减轻乙型肝炎合并肺结核的患者抗结核治疗引起的肝功能损害,减少抗结核治疗的停药率。
