| 摘 要： | 目的探讨巨大子宫肌瘤的临床、病理与MRI表现的相关性。资料与方法经病理证实巨大子宫肌瘤4例,结合文献复习其MRI形态及信号特点,并与病理及临床症状对照。结果 4例巨大子宫肌瘤均位于浆膜外并沿子宫长轴方向生长,3例以左侧阔韧带为蒂偏侧生长;2例见桥接血管征。临床上以压迫症状为主无妇科症状。MR脂肪抑制T2WI呈高低混杂信号,似大理石花纹样,T1WI呈等信号,增强呈结节样不均匀强化。对应于病理上肌瘤变性,包括4例玻璃样变、4例黏液样变,2例囊变,1例梗死。结论掌握肌瘤变性的病理背景及相关临床特点有助于巨大子宫肌瘤的准确诊断。
