| 摘 要： | 目的探讨快速检测血浆D-二聚体在急性肺栓塞诊断中的临床价值。方法使用VlDAS全自动免疫分析系统检测D-二聚体在急性PE患者和对照组（非PE患者）的血浆D-二聚体水平。结果急性PE组患者血浆D-二聚体高于对照组（P〈001）有统计学意义。结论 VlDAS全自动免疫分析系统D-二聚体测定法可作为PE的敏感、快速、廉价的初步筛选指标,值得在急诊临床中推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical value of plasma D-dimmer in patients with acute pulmonary embolism.Methods We used VIDAS automatic immunoassay system to detect the level of D-dimmer in patients with pulmonary embolism,meanwhile others who were not diagnosed with pulmonary embolism used as control.Results D-dimmer in patients with pulmonary embolism is higher than that in control cases(P<0.01).Conclusion The VIDAS automatic immunoassay system of D-dimmer detection method could be used as an index in in... |
