| 摘 要： | 目的探讨支配和影响医院住院病人医疗费用结构变化的某些因子，以控制住院医疗费用的不合理增长。方法以某三甲医院2004年住院病人前10位系统疾病的病例为样本，采用因子分析的方法，对出院病人的各项医疗费用进行分析。结果药物、检查与化验因子，手术、治疗与床位因子，放射因子，输血因子是支配病人住院费用的4个公因子。结论控制医疗费用的不合理增长，应着力降低药费、检查费、化验费。
