淡色库蚊对马来丝虫不易感机理的研究

摘    要:应用马来丝虫易感媒介中华按蚊和不易感媒介淡色库蚊研究了丝虫对蚊虫不易感的机理,并进行了比较观察。93%的马来微丝蚴不能穿过淡色库蚊胃壁,为其不易感染的主要原因,少数穿过胃壁的微丝蚴,在从血腔向胸肌的移行过程中被黑化反应杀死,构成其不易感的另一重要因素。

Abstract:The refractory mechanism of culex pipiens pallens to Brugia malayi was studied by using the susceptible Anopheles sinensis and unsusceptible Culex pipiens pallens of Burgia malayi. 93%of microfilariae of B. malayi could not penetrate the midgut wall of Cx. p. pallens which proved to be the major factor for the refractoriness. A small number of microfilariae penetrated were killed by melanization when migrated from hemocele to thoracic muscles which seemed to be another important refractory factor.
