基质金属蛋白酶在退变椎间盘组织中的研究及发现

摘    要:颈椎病和腰椎间盘突出症的重要原因是椎间盘发生了退行性病变后,椎体间松动,椎体缘产生骨刺,或间盘破裂脱出压迫神经根,脊髓或椎动脉所引起的一系列症状。椎间盘退变的病因目前未明确。通过这些年国内外学者的研究,细胞外基质的降解与椎间盘的退变有较密切的关系,基质金属蛋白酶在细胞外基质的降解发挥着重要作用。

Abstract:Cervical spondylosis and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation important reason is degeneration occurs, Interbody loose, vertebral margin generated spurs, ruptured intervertebral disc prolapse or nerve root compression, spinal cord or vertebral artery caused by a series of symptoms .disc degeneration cause is not clear so far.But through all these years of studies scholars,extracellular matrix degradation and disc degeneration have a closer relationship,matrix metalloproteinases in the degradation of extracellular matrix plays an important role.
