| 摘 要： | 目的了解社区居民代谢综合征（MS）的相关知识、患病情况，分析其影响因素。方法按年龄分层随机抽取广州市天河区员村居民315名作为调查对象，于2010年10月—2011年6月进行了问卷调查、体格检查。对收集的资料进行统计分析。结果在35岁~64岁人群中，MS患病史检出中，女性高于男性；男性Ⅱ级高血压患病率高于女性，年龄越大，检出率越高。其患病与年龄、文化程度、早餐、规律锻炼关系密切；在获得或希望获得保健知识的来源中，就诊医生的比例均最高。结论该村居民MS相关知识缺乏，应根据年龄、文化程度、早餐、锻炼等方面开展针对性的健康教育。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the Tianhe District,Guangzhou City,Yuan village community of metabolic syndrome （MS）of the relevant knowledge,the sick,and to analyze its impact factor. Methods stratified by age 315 randomly selected residents in this village for the survey,in October 2010-June 2011 conducted a survey,physical examination. The collected data were statistically analyzed. Results In the 35-64 year olds,MS detection of disease history,women than men;Men ClassⅡprevalence of hypertension in women,the greater the age,the higher the detection rate. Its prevalence with age,education level,breakfast,regular exercise is closely;hope in getting access to health care or sources of knowledge,had the highest proportion of doctors＆#39; visits. Conclusion The health education has to be deployed in case of the lack of knowledge of the village. |
