肿瘤标记物CA19-9和CEA检测在胰腺癌诊断中的价值

目的探讨血清肿瘤标志物CA19-9和CEA检测在胰腺癌诊断中的价值。方法选择胰腺癌病例46例,胰腺癌组46例,分为CA19-9组,CEA组和CA19-9＋CEA组,90例健康体检者为对照组。对46例通过病理活检确诊为胰腺癌的患者抽取血清进行CA19-9、CEA单项和CA19-9＋CEA联合检测,并与90例体检正常者比较。结果胰腺癌组血清CA19-9、CEA含量与对照组血清CA19-9、CEA（分别是57.8±6.3,6.2±0.4;8.9±4.1,1.4±0.5）,差异有统计学意义（t=10.52,21.46,P〈0.05）;CA19-9＋CEA联合检测阳性率为95.6%,高于单项检测CA19-9为89.1%,CEA为76.1%,差异有统计学意义（χ2=9.37,P〈0.01）。结论联合检测血清CA19-9和CEA水平对胰腺癌辅助诊断有较好的临床参考价值。

Diagnostic values of serum tumor marker CA199 and CEA in pancreatic cancer patients

Objective To investigate the value of serum tumor marker CA19-9 and CEA in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.Methods The 46 pancreatic cancer patients were divided into CA19-9 GROUP,CEA group and CA19-9＋CEA group.Another 90 healthy person were chosen as control.The levels of the serum CA19-9,CEA and CA19-9＋CEA in patients of each group were singularly or jontly detected,the results were compared with the controls.Results The concentrations of the two markers（CA19-9,CEA） in the cases of pancreatic cancer group was higher than that of healthy persons（57.8±6.3,6.2±0.4 vs 8.9±4.1,1.4±0.5）（t=10.52,21.46,P〈0.05）.The positive rate of CA19-9＋CEA jopintly detected was significantly higher than that of isolated A19-9 or CEA detection（95.6% vs 89.1%,76.1%）,showing staistically significant difference（χ2=9.37,P〈0.01）.Conclusion Joint determinationof serum tumor marker,CA19-9,CEA possess guood clinical value in diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
