干化学法建立深圳地区成人血清肌酐参考值区间

目的以干化学速率法建立深圳地区成人血清肌酐的参考区间。方法使用强生Vitros 5600分析仪干化学速率法测定1462例健康成人血清肌酐浓度,并按性别年龄进行分类统计。结果测定人群血清肌酐浓度总体上呈正态分布。成人血清肌酐浓度男女之间有显著统计学意义,其中男性为59.6～106.6μmol/L,〈60岁女性为43.8～74.8μmol/L,≥60岁女性为39.0～94.2μmol/L,男性各年龄组之间无显著意义,女性各年龄组之间有显著意义（P〈0.05）。结论以干化学速率法建立了深圳地区成人血清肌酐的参考区间。

Establishment of serum creatinine reference range by using dry chemical assay in Shenzhen area

Objective To establish the adult reference range of serum creatinine by using dry chemical rate method in Shenzhen area.Methods The serum creatinine concentration in 1462 healthy adults was determined by the dry chemical rate method using Johnson vitros 5600 analyzer,and carried out statistical analysis according to gender and age groups.Results There was a normal distribution of serum creatinine concentration in healthy population.The serum creatinine concentration was found to be statistically different between males and females.The creatinine reference intervals of males were 59.6～106.6 umol/L,while females were 43.8～74.8 umol/L（〈60 years old） and 39.0～94.2 umol/L（≥60 years old）.There was significant difference in the reference intervals of serum creatinine of females among different age groups（P〈0.05）,but no difference in the males.Conclusions Through our research,we established our own reference range in Shenzhen Region for our laboratory.
