社区卫生服务满意度对结核病患者遵医行为影响调查

目的调查结核病患者对社区卫生服务满意度与遵医行为的关系,为改善社区卫生服务,降低结核病患者不遵医行为提供依据。方法封闭式问卷调查438例结核病患者,对社区卫生满意度和遵医情况进行统计描述,分析结核患者对社区卫生服务不满意的原因以及满意度对遵医行为的影响。结果结核病患者对社区卫生服务整体满意度较高;不满意原因主要是就诊不方便、医务人员技术水平低、诊疗环境差;结核病患者不遵医行为率为22.55%;文化程度较高者遵医行为好于文化程度低者（P〈0.05）;对社区卫生服务满意度高的结核病患者,不遵医行为发生率低（P﹤0.01）。结论加强社区卫生服务机构能力建设,可提高结核病患者的满意度,降低不遵医行为的发生率。

Investigation and analysis of the influence on community health service satisfaction and Tuberculosis patients' medication adherence

Objectives To analyze the relationship between the tuberculosis patients medication adherence and their satisfaction of the Community Health Service（CHS）,providing references on how to im prove the ability of CHS and raise the adherence rate.Methods A total of 438 closed questionnaire interviews were conducted among tuberculosis patients,described their satisfaction about the CHS and adherence situation,searched the reasons resulted the patients didn’t satisfy,analyzed the relationship between the overall satisfaction and adherence.Results The overall satisfaction about the CHS was high,the items tuberculosis patients didn’t satisfy with were nonconvenience,staff’s medical level,medical environment,etc;The rate of noncompliance about the tuberculosis patients was 22.55%,patients with higher education level had lower noncompliance rate（P=0.0364）;Patients with higher satisfaction of the CHS were more likely to obey the medical advice（P〈0.01）.Conclusion In order to raise the satisfaction and medication adherence rate,more actions should be taken to strengthen CHS quality.
