公务员高血压病及其相关危险因素流行病学调查分析

目的探讨海南省公务员高血压病及主要危险因素的现状,为公务员高血压健康教育干预实施提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方式,对健康体检的470名公务员,按照统一诊断标准及指标定义进行其年龄、性别、文化程度、职业、吸烟、饮酒、体力活动等高血压相关危险因素及高血压相关知识问卷调查。结果海南省公务员高血压病患病率为23.2%,有84%不清楚高血压的诊断标准,有97.7%不完全了解高血压的治疗方案,随着年龄增大,男女高血压患病率均增高趋势,男性高血压患病率高于女性。结论海南省公务员中高血压患病率高,缺乏对高血压相关知识了解,应针对公务员特殊人群采取有效高血压健康教育干预措施。

Epidemiological survey of hypertension in functionaries in Hainan province and related risk factors

Objective To investigate status of hypertension and its’ risk factors among functionaries in Hainan Province.Methods Cluster random sampling method was usxed in nthe survey.The age,gender,education level,occupation,smoking,alcohol consumption,physical activity,and other risk factors related to high blood pressure and hypertension-related knowledge of 470 functionaries were urveyed in accordance with the uniform diagnostic criteria and indicators defined.Results The prevalence rate of hypertension in the functionaries was 23.2%,84% of them did not familiar with diagnostic criteria of hypertension and 97.7% of them did not fully understand the therapy of hypertension.The prevalence of hypertension in males was highere than that of the females and the prevalence increased along with the increase of age both for males and females.Conclusion The prevalence rate of hypertension in the functionaries in this province is high and health eduction intervention is indicated as a control measured.
