高血压患者社区复诊血压控制达标状况及影响因素分析

目的了解社区高血压患者在日常医疗模式下血压控制达标状况及影响因素。方法采用单纯随机抽样方法,从2006年在方庄社区卫生服务中心门诊复诊1次及以上的高血压患者中抽取363例,计算其复诊次数及达标率。结果共复诊2893例次,其中1406例次血压控制达标,总达标率48.6%。其中60岁及以上的老年患者血压控制达标率〉50%,59岁及以下的中青年患者血压控制达标者平均不足1/3。血压控制达标状况与季节及复诊次数相关,夏季血压控制达标率高于冬季;复诊次数多的患者血压控制达标率高于复诊次数少的患者。结论社区高血压患者血压控制达标率较低,中青年人群应作为提高血压控制达标率的重点对象;随季节变化应注意检测血压,调整治疗用药;教育患者遵医嘱进行复诊。

Situation of Blood Pressure Standard-Reach in Hypertension Patients Reexamined in Community and the Related Factors

Objective To find out the situating of blood pressure standard - reach in hypertension patients under ordinary medical model and the influencing factors. Methods Simple sampling was taken to chose 363 cases from the reexamined hypertension outpatients in Fangzhuang hospital during 2006, their visit times and rates of blood pressure standard - reach were investigated. Results Totally there were 2893 person - times. Among these there were 1406 person - times that the blood pressure reached standard and the total standard - reached rate was 48.6%. The standard - reached rate of patients aged 60 or above was more than 50% and the rate of patients aged 59 or blow was less than 33.3%. In addition, the situation of blood pressure standard -reach was related to seasons and visit times, the rate was higher in summer than that in winter; and the rate was higher in those with more visit times that that in those with less visit times. Conclusion The blood pressure standard -reach in hypertension patients is lower. The young adults should be focal subjects to raise the rate, physician should check blood pressure and adjust medicine for hypertension patients according to the change of seasons, and ask the patient to come following the medical order.
