| 摘 要： | 通过对引发门诊抽血室风险因素分析,采取深化护理服务理念,有效落实各项规章制度,针对主要工作环节、薄弱环节进行流程再造及工作中主动取证等管理措施,规范了护士的工作行为,有效地防范门诊风险事件的发生,提高了护理工作质量,提升了护理服务水平。

| Abstract: | This article analyzed the risk factors in the bloodletting room of outpatient department,and took a series of management measures,such as strengthening the philosophy of nursing care,carrying out the rules and regulations effectively,reconstructing nursing procedure,collecting evidence actively,and so on.This practice prevented risk events and improved the quality of nursing. |
