强力宁对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用

摘    要:以心肌组织MDA含量和CPK活性及超微结构变化为依据,观察强力宁对家兔心肌缺血再灌注损伤的影响。结果表明,强力宁能明显降低缺血再灌注后心肌组织MDA含量和CPK活性的升幅(P<0.01),同时,能明显减轻心肌组织超微结构损伤程度。提示强力宁对缺血再灌注损伤心肌具有明显的保护作用。

Abstract:The content of MDA and the activity of creatine phosphokinase (CPK) together with the ultrastructural changes in myocardial tissue were analysed to observe the effects of glycyrrhisin on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion injury in rabbits. The results showed that glycyrrhisin could remarkably reduced the level of MDA and the activity of CPK in myocardial tissue ( P <0.01), and mitigated significantly the myocrdial ultrastructural injury in comparison with ischemia/reperfusion group. It was considered that glycyrrhisin exerted obvious protective effects on myocardial injury induced by ischemia/reperfusion.
