摘    要:本文对101例和54例健康成人分别进行了最大呼气流速-容量和闭合气量值测定,结果表明最大呼气流速-容量各项测定值与年龄不完全呈直线关系而呈抛物线。在高肺容量时最大呼气流速和 V_(75%)与性别相关,V_(50%)V_(25%)和V_(50%)/V_(25%)等与性别无明显关系。闭合气量闭合总量随年龄的增长而增加。

Abstract:Maximum expiratory flow-volume and closing volume were measured respective.ly in 101 and 54 healthy adults.Not an entirely linear but par- abolic equation was detected between the values of maximum expiratory flow-volume and the ages.In high lung capacity,a linear equation was es- tablished between maximum expiratory flow velocity,75% of vital Capacity and sex,but not between 50% and 25%,of vital capacity,their ratio and sex.Closing volume and closing capacity increased with age.
