护理干预对消化性溃疡疗效的影响

目的观察护理干预在消化性溃疡治疗中的作用。方法将52例消化性溃疡患者随机分为综合治疗组和单纯药物治疗组各26例。单纯药物治疗组给予奥美拉唑20mg、克拉霉素250mg、庆大霉素80mg,均每天2次,早餐前和入睡前服用,2周为1个疗程;综合治疗组除给予单纯药物治疗组方案外,还给予用药指导、健康教育、心理护理、饮食护理等护理干预措施。2周后比较2组临床疗效。结果综合治疗组总有效率为96.2%高于单纯药物治疗组的84.6%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在药物治疗的基础上,实施全面的综合护理干预措施治疗消化性溃疡疗效好,值得临床推广应用。

The effect of nursing intervention in peptic ulcer

Objective To observe the effect of nursing intervention in peptic ulcer.Methods 52 cases patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into combined treatment group（26 cases） and simple drug treatment group（26 cases）.Simple drug treatment group were received omeprazole 20mg,clarithromycin 250mg,gentamycin 80mg,2 times a day,2 weeks as a course of treatment;On the basis of drug treatment alone group,combined treatment group were provided nursing interventions of medication guidance,health education,psychological care,food care.Results The total effective rate of combined treatment group（96.2%） was higher than that of simple drug treatment group（84.6%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion On the basis of drug treatment,a comprehensive integrated care interventions is effective treatment of peptic ulcer,should be widely applied.
