氨溴索辅治慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的疗效观察及对血清C-反应蛋白的影响

目的评价氨溴索辅治慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）的临床疗效、安全性及对血清C-反应蛋白的影响。方法将60例AECOPD患者随机分成治疗组30例和对照组30例。对照组给予抗感染、平喘等常规治疗;治疗组除常规治疗外,还给予氨溴索注射液90mg静脉滴注。2组疗程均为10d。治疗后比较2组临床疗效和C-反应蛋白水平。结果经10d治疗后,治疗组总有效率为90.0%高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组患者治疗后C-反应蛋白水平显著降低（P〈0.01）;治疗组治疗后C-反应蛋白水平低于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论氨溴索辅治AECOPD有显著的疗效,并可同时降低C-反应蛋白水平。

The effect of ambroxol in acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and to serum C-reactive protein

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy,safety of ambroxol in acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（AECOPD） and effect of its to serum C-reactive protein.Methods 60 cases patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each of 30 cases.Control group were treated with conventional treatment,such as antibiotics,antiasthma and other drugs,not used glucocorticoid and expectorant;Treatment group were given ambroxol hydrochloride injection 90mg,intravenous infusion,two groups were treated for 10 days.After treatment,compared clinical effect and C-reactive protein level of two groups.Results 10d after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group（90.0%） was higher than that of control group（80.0%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment,C-reactive protein level of two groups were significantly lower（P0.01）;C-reactive protein level of treatment group was lower than that of control group（P0.01）.Conclusion Ambroxol in AECOPD has a significant effect,and can reduce C-reactive protein level.
