摘    要:微透析技术是用于监测细胞外液中内源性物质及外源性物质的活体取样技术,但由于微透析样品是一种含有高浓度无机盐的复杂混合物,往往需要与色谱分离技术联合使用,才能对微透析样品中目标分析物进行测定。目前,微透析与高分辨率、高灵敏度的分析技术的联用已得到广泛应用,该技术的应用,为现代中药的研究提供了一种新的思路和工具。本文概述了微透析技术的原理及特点,重点介绍了微透析及其联用技术在中药干预下内源性物质的分析、中药药代动力学及相互作用研究中的应用。

Abstract:Microdialysis(MD) is an in vivo technique used for sampling endogenous and exogenous substances in the extracellular space.However,MD samples are complex mixtures containing high concentrations of inorganic salts that require chromatographic separation to allow for the measurements of interest analytes.Currently,MD combined with high resolution and sensitivity analytical techniques have been used widely.MD and its hyphenated techniques provide new ideas and tools for research of traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs).This review summarized the principles and characteristics of MD techniques,and focused on the applications of MD and its hyphenated techniques in the analysis of endogenous substances,pharmacokinetic study of TCMs and herbs-drug interactions.
