液氮冷冻联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗传染性软疣疗效观察

目的观察液氮冷冻联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗传染性软疣的临床疗效。方法 40例患者随机分为治疗组22例和对照组18例。对照组单纯采用液氮冷冻棉签轻压法治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用复方甘草酸苷片。3个月后观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为95.5%高于对照组的83.3%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论液氮冷冻联合复方甘草酸苷片治疗传染性软疣效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation of combination therapy of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy and glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of molluscum contagiosum

Objective To observe the efficacy of the combination therapy of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy and glycyrrhizin tablets in the treatment of molluscum contagiosum.Methods 40 cases were randomly divided into treatment group of 22 and control group of 18.The control group was treated with gentle press by liquid nitrogen freezing cotton,while the treatment group based on the control group was added glycyrrhizin tablets.The clinical efficacy of 2 groups was observed 3 months later.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.5% higher than 83.3% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Treating molluscum contagiosum with the combination therapy of liquid nitrogen cryotherapy and glycyrrhizin tablets has significant efficacy,which is worth clinical popularizing and application.
