2009年我院药品不良反应报告分析

目的探讨该院药品不良反应（ADR）的发生情况。方法采用回顾性研究方法对2009年该院154例ADR报告进行统计分析,评估发生ADR的性别、年龄、给药途径、药品种类以及受累器官等情况。结果所有患者中≥60岁较多占31.71%,涉及药物以抗微生物药最多占40.91%,其次是营养药占13.64%;抗微生物药中以头孢类和喹诺酮类居多,分别占33.33%和23.81%。给药途径以静脉给药引起的ADR最多占88.96%;累及系统—器官以皮肤及其附件损害最多占44.32%,其次为全身性损害占21.62%。结论应进一步加强对ADR的监测,最大限度地减少ADR的发生率,保证临床的安全用药。

Analysis on report of adverse drug reaction of our hospital in 2009

Objective To investigate the occurrence of adverse drug reaction（ADR） of our hospital in 2009.Methods Analyzed the report of ADR in our hospital in 2009,and evaluated gender,age,route of administration,drugs category and organ involved in ADR.Results The cases with ADR whose age over 60 years old were more than others（31.71%）.The cases with ADR caused by antibiotics were most（40.91%）,the second was nutritional medicine（13.64%）.And the 33.33% and 23.81% in the cephalosporin and quinolones respectively in ADR caused by antibiotics.The cases with ADR caused by vein administer were most and the constituent ratio was 88.96%.The organs involved in ADR mostly were skin and appendages disorders（44.32%）,followed by the 21.62% with general symptoms.Conclusion The detection of ADR in our hospital should be enforced further to decrease the rate of ADR maximatily and ensure the clinical safe medication.
