| 摘 要： | 目的调查分析天津市15岁及以上居民吸烟状况及戒烟打算。方法采用随机整群抽样的方法，分别在天津的市区、滨海地区、农村共抽取2886人作为调查对象，通过问卷调查的方法调查吸烟情况及相关知识态度。结果天津市15岁以上居民吸烟率为28．0％，其中男性为45．8％，女性为12％；男女重型吸烟率分别为25．3％和4.3％；男女开始吸烟年龄均以15～24岁年龄组最高，分别占81．98％和52．22％；仅有2．60％的男性吸烟者和4．40％的女性吸烟者近期有戒烟打算。结论天津市居民现吸烟率仍处于较高水平，绝大多数吸烟者是在15、24岁年龄段开始吸烟的，提示应关注对此年龄段人群的健康干预。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the smoking pattern of people aged above 15 years old in Tianjin,and the quit smoking desire of smokers.Methods 2 886 cases were selected from urban,rural and seaside districts by random-cluster sampling method.Questionnaires survey was used to study their smoking pattern.Results The smoking rate of the subjects was 28.0%,45.8% in men and 12% in women.The heavy smoking rates of men and women were 25.3% and 4.3%,respectively.The starting smoking age both in men and in women were mostly bet... |
