三种肿瘤标志物联合检测在卵巢癌诊断中的实用价值

目的探讨联合检测糖类抗原125（CA125）、糖类抗原199（CA199）及癌胚抗原（CEA）三种肿瘤标志物的血清含量在卵巢癌诊断中的实用价值。方法用电化学发光免疫分析法检测42例卵巢癌患者、34例体检健康者三种肿瘤标志物的血清水平并计算阳性率。结果卵巢癌组三种肿瘤标志物水平显著高于正常对照组（P〈0.05）。阳性检出率分别为71.4%、42.9%、19.0%;CA125、CA199二项联合检测阳性率为85.7%;三项同时检测阳性率为90.4%。结论有效的联合检测可提高对卵巢癌诊断的敏感性,有助于卵巢癌的早期诊断和治疗。
