| 摘 要： | 目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒（HPV）16／18感染、p53在女性乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及其相互关系。方法采用免疫组化方法和PER技术，分别检测45例女性乳腺浸润性导管癌、20例乳腺纤维腺瘤及20例正常乳腺组织中HPV16／18DNA和p53表达水平。结果乳腺癌组HPV16／18DNA和p53蛋白的表达率（51．1％和46．7％）明显高于乳腺纤维腺瘤组（15．0％和10．0％）和正常乳腺组（5．0％和0％），差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。有腋淋巴结转移者HPV16/18DNA和p53蛋白的表达率明显高于无腋淋巴结转移癌者（P〈0．05）。随着TMN分期的升高，p53蛋白的表达率明显增加（P〈0．05）；HPV16／18DNA与p53蛋白的表达呈明显正相关（rs=0．614，P〈0．05）。结论HPV感染和p53突变共同参与女性乳腺癌的发生和发展，HPV感染可能是促进p53突变的重要因素。
