| 摘 要： | 目的观察聚肌胞联合针刺治疗多发性跖疣的临床疗效。方法将门诊128例多发性跖疣患者随机分为二组,治疗组68例,注射聚肌胞,并对病变部位进行穿刺。对照组60例采用液氮冷冻疗法。二组均间隔20d治疗1次,连续2次治疗,观察二组有效率、复发率及创面愈合时间。结果治疗组总有效率、复发率及创面愈合时间分别为89.71%、2.94%、（15.6±2.8）d,对照组为68.33%、14.70%、（20.3±3.5）d,二组比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论聚肌胞联合针刺治疗多发性跖疣疗效可靠、安全、复发率低、恢复快,患者依从性好,值得临床推广应用。
