唐山市三所院校大学生心理健康状况调查

目的比较唐山市三所不同类院校大学生心理健康状况。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对唐山市三所不同类型高校的2 563名应届本科毕业生,进行调查并与全国常模比较。结果①唐山市大学生整体心理健康状况差于同龄青年,但好于全国大学生常模。②医科大学学生整体心理状况好于其他二所高校学生。理科类学生的SCL-90各因子分均高于其他二所院校,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05～P〈0.01）。③唐山市不同院校男女生之间对比,理工学院男生和师范学院女生心理问题检出率最高。结论唐山市三所院校大学生心理问题在不同专业、不同性别上存在着差异,应有层次地、有针对性地开展心理健康教育工作。

A SURVEY ON STUDENTS' MENTAL HEALTH IN THREE UNIVERSITIES IN TANGSHAN CITY

Objective To study mental health status of the students in three universities of Tangshan city.Methods A total of 2563 students from 3 different universities were tested with the SCL-90,and compared with each other.Results ①All the students＇ mental health status was inferior to the contemporaries,there was about 16.5% of students who had psychological problems,but it was better than the national norm of college students.②Among the three different universities,medical students had a better mental health status than other students.The SCL-90 factor scores of science students were higher than other students（P0.05）.③ Positive rate of psychological problems was highest in males of science and engineering,and in females of normal school.Conclusion It suggests that the mental health status of the students in normal school and science universities need to be paid close attention.
