| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨一种新型发酵剂酸奶对小鼠肠道菌群的影响。方法 :新型酸奶灌胃为实验组 ,市售某品牌酸奶灌胃为对照组 ,连续喂养 2 0天。末次喂养 2 4h后留取粪便进行肠道菌群分析。结果 :实验表明实验组受试后乳杆菌增多 (P<0 .0 1) ,且增幅明显高于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 )、肠杆菌减少 (P<0 .0 1)、肠球菌无明显变化。结论 :受试酸奶对小鼠肠道菌群有一定的调节作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of yogurt on intestinal flora and immune cells of mice.Methods:The mice were divided into three groups: two experimental groups and one control group.These two experimental groups took new type yogurt and the control group took certain yogurt available in the market in the same way for 20 days, Feces were determined at the end of the experiment.Results:The experiment showed that number of lactobacillus of the experimental group was more than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The new type yogurt could regulate and improve the intestinal flora in mice. |
