| 摘 要： | 帕金森病（Parkinson’s disease，PD）认知功能损害近年来受到人们的关注，PD认知损害严重影响患者的日常生活能力，早期诊断和干预PD认知损害将有助于延缓PD痴呆的发生。本文就PD认知功能损害的发生率、诊断标准及治疗等方面进行简要综述。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the association between Parkinson＇s disease （PD） and cognitive impairment is well recognized. The activities of daily living （ADL） in PD are frequently affected by cognitive impairment. Early diagnosis and intervention cognitive impairment will help to slow down the incidence of Parkinson＇s disease with dementia （PDD）. In this article, we review the features of cognitive impairment in PD as well as their diagnostic criteria and management. |
