锁孔手术理念在切除脑膜瘤手术中的应用

摘    要:目的 探讨采用锁孔手术的理念治疗脑膜瘤的手术技术。方法 对31例脑膜瘤行立体定向或神经导航指导下,应用小骨瓣环钻开颅,应用锁孔手术理念在显微镜下切除肿瘤。结果 31例脑膜瘤均全部切除,无手术死亡和致残,无术后症状加重。结论 锁孔入路显微手术切除脑膜瘤具有创伤小,恢复快等优点。同时,恰当的适应证选择、娴熟的手术技巧和必要的手术设备(如:超声吸引装置、神经外科导航系统等)是很重要的。

Abstract:Objective To study the surgical techniques with keyhole operation concept for treatment of the intracranial tumor.Methods 31 cases of meningioma were removed by microsurgery with keyhole operation concept,and stereotacitic or neuronavigation techniques,used small-circle bone flap craniotomy.Results 31 cases of meningioma were totally removed.There was no associated morbidity,mortality or exacebation in all cases.Conclusion It suggests that keyhole microsurgery may provide maximum efficiency to remove intracranial tumor and minimum invasiveness.However,it is very important to choose indication properly,to operate with proficient skill of microsurgery,and to equip the essential apparatus for operation,such as cusa and neuronavigator.
