盆腔淤血综合征中西医结合治疗的临床研究

目的探讨中西医结合治疗盆腔淤血综合征的疗效。方法将我院妇科门诊的90例盆腔瘀血综合征患者随机分为中西医结合治疗组(结合组)和西医常规治疗组(对照组)。对照组口服甲孕酮,结合组在此基础上加服自拟益气化瘀汤。对二组患者治疗后的临床症状缓解情况,盆腔静脉内径、盆腔静脉流速变化及医院焦虑抑郁评分(HADS)改变进行综合比较。结果两组患者治疗后临床症状均有明显改善,其中结合组在改善下腹痛、痛经、疲劳症状上明显优于对照组(P<0.05或<0.01);两组患者治疗后盆腔静脉内径显著缩小(P<0.01)、盆腔静脉流速显著增快(P<0.01)、HADS评分显著降低(P<0.01),且结合组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗盆腔淤血综合征能明显改善临床症状,很好的缓解盆腔淤血和改善焦虑及抑郁状况。

Clinical Study on Combination Treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine for Pelvic Congestion Syndrome

Objective To study the therapeutic efficacy of combined traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on pelvic congestion syndrome.Methods Ninety OPD patients with pelvic congestion syndrome were divided into 2 groups.Forty-five patients of control group were administered with western medicine of Medroxyprogesterone Acetate,and 45 patients of combined treatment group were administered with Medroxyprogesterone Acetate and TCM herbal regimens which benefit vital energy and promote blood flow.The treatment period of the 2 groups was both 3 months.The data of clinical symptoms were recorded.Inner diameter of pelvic vein and venous blood flow speed were monitored with color Doppler.The scores of hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)were used to evaluate the psychological status.Results The patients in these two groups were both improved significantly after 3-month treatment(P<0.01).The combined treatment group was better than the control group in terms of pelvic pain relief,dysmenorrheal,fatigue,inner diameter of pelvic vein,pelvic venous blood flow speed and HADS scores(P<0.01).Conclusions The combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on pelvic congestion syndrome produces better therapeutic efficacy,especially in improving pelvic congestion,relieving anxiety and depression.
