摘    要:目的 :探讨右室相位分析和右室射血分数 (RVEF)诊断慢性肺源性心脏病 (肺心病 )的临床意义。方法 :应用门电路血池显像测定 11名正常人 ,11例慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者 ,39例慢性肺心病患者右室相位角标准差 (RVSDP)和 RVEF。结果 :肺心病患者的 RVSDP大于正常人 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,RVEF明显低于正常人 (P<0 .0 1) ,其中 RVSDP异常者占 5 9% ,RVEF异常者占 82 %。结论 :RVSDP异常提示可能有肺心病 ,而 RVEF明显降低者应考虑早期肺心病。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the role of right ventricular standard deviation phase (RVSDP) and fraction of right ventricular ejection (RVEF) in the diagnosis of cor pulmonale.Methods:RVEF and RVSDP in 39 patients with cor pulmonale,11 patients with COPD and 11 normal subjects were determined by using multigated equilibrium radionuclide angiography and Fourier functional image.Results:The RVEF of the patients with cor pulmonale was lower than that of control group ( P <0 01),while the RVSDP of these patients was higher ( P <0 05) 82% of patients with cor pulmonale had abnormal RVEF and 59% had abnormal RVSDP.Conclusions:The RVSDP is useful in the diagnosis of cor pulmonale,and RVEF is a valuable method for diagnosis of early cor pulmonale.
