我院外伤患者抗菌药物使用情况调查分析

目的：了解我院外伤患者抗菌药物使用情况。方法：随机抽查我院2007年公安及交通伤门诊和外伤住院患者应用抗菌药物病例514份，对抗菌药的应用种类、给药方法和疗程等进行统计分析。结果：外伤住院病例应用抗菌药涉及7大类23种，应用最多的为头孢菌素类，占66．4％；外伤门诊病例涉及5大类10种，应用最多的为大环内酯类，占69．9％。有3种不合理用药情况。结论：我院外伤病例抗菌药的预防性应用有待规范。

Analysis of Utilization of Antibiotics in Patients with Traumatic Injury in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE： To investigate the use of antibiotics in patients with traumatic injury. METHODS： A total of 514 traumatic injury cases treated with antibiotics in 2007 were randomly sampled from our hospital for a statistical analysis in respect of variety of antibiotics, administration and time of therapy etc. RESULTS： The antibiotics used in the traumatic injury inpatients totaled 7 big categories （23 kinds）, with eephalosporins ranking the first place, accounting for 66.4% of the total; and the antibiotics used in the traumatic injury outpatients totaled 5 big categories （10 kinds）, with macrolides ranking the first place, accounting for 69.9 %. 3 kinds of drugs were used irrationally. CONCLUSION ： The prophylactic use of antibiotics in traumatic injury patients in our hospital remains to be standardized.
