| 摘 要： | 调查了云南省三个处于不同经济发展水平的新型农村合作医疗试点县（市）试点一年以来的实施情况,分析了新农合对医疗服务的供给以及乡村一体化管理的影响,提出由新农合而引发的农村公共卫生服务与基层财政困难之间的矛盾,总结了新农合要获得可持续发展所必须要关注的问题.

| Abstract: | The one-year operating status of new-type rural cooperative medical service in three pilot counties(cities)at different economic level in Yunnan province was investigated in the paper.Analzing the effect of new-type rural cooperative medical service on the providing of medical service and the management of village and town integration,the authors found the conflict between rural public health service and local finance,which was caused by new-type rural cooperative medical service.The issues in the sustained development of new-type rural cooperative medical service were summarized. |
