奥扎格雷联合红花注射液治疗TIA的临床研究

目的探讨奥扎格雷联合红花注射液治疗短暂性脑缺血发作（TIA）的临床疗效及安全性。方法将72例TIA患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组36人。两组常规治疗相同,在此基础上,治疗组奥扎格雷80mg加入0.9%氯化纳250ml,静脉点滴,2次/d,红花注射液20ml＋0.9%生理盐水250ml静脉滴注,1次/d,对照组加用丹参注射液250ml静脉滴注,1次/d。两组均为14d一疗程。结果疗程结束时,治疗组的总有效率为97.22%,对照组的总有效率为77.78%,两组比较差异有显著统计学意义（P〈0.01）,治疗后分别比较两组患者的两组血小板活化指标CD2p、CD63,差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,且观察期间未见明显不良反应。结论奥扎格雷联合红花注射液治疗TIA安全有效。

Ozagrel sodium combined with honghua injection in the treatment of TIA clinical study

Objective To investigate the honghua injection combined with ozagrel in the treatment of transient ischemic attack （TIA） clinical efficacy and safety. Methods 72 cases of TIA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each group of 36 people. Two groups of routine treatment, on the basis of this, adding 0. 9% sodium ozagrel treatment of group 80 mg, 250 ml, IV drip, 2/d, honghua injection 20 ml ＋ 0. 9% 250 ml saline intravenously for 1/d, the control group plus danshen injection intravenous infusion of 1 times 250 ml, /d. The two group were 14 d a course. Results After treatment, the total effective rate in treatment group was 97. 22% , control group in the total efficiency was 77.78%, difference between the two groups was significant （P 〈 0. 01 ）, after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients in the two groups of platelet activation markers CD2p, CD63, were statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the during the period of observation there was no obvious adverse reaction. Conclusion Ozagrel combined with honghua injection in the treatment of TIA is safe and effective.
