乙胺碘呋酮在心律失常中的治疗应用分析

目的研究乙胺碘呋酮治疗心律失常的临床疗效。方法对160例以早搏为主的心律失常的患者采用乙胺碘呋酮治疗,同时观察和记录患者治疗前后的血压、心率、疗效以及不良反应等情况。结果经治疗后,160例以早搏为主的心律失常患者治疗的总有效率为91.9%,治疗后血压、心率等情况有着明显的改善,与治疗前比较差异统计学意义（均P〈0.05）。有1例患者在用药后出现血压降低,1例患者出现了心律恶化,2例患者出现窦性心动过缓的不良情况。结论乙胺碘呋酮治疗心律失常的无效率和恶化率相对较低,有着较好的医疗效果,值得在临床上推广研究。

Analysis of Curative Effectiveness of Cordarone on Arrhythmia

Objective In order to discuss the efficacy of cordarone therapy for Arrhythmia. Methods 160cases of the main early pulsation of arrhythmia patients were treated with cordarone, meanwhile, we ob- served and recorded the blood pressure, the heart rate, cordarone therapy and the adverse reactions. Results After the treatment of cordarone, the clinieal efficiency of cordarone was 91.9% , and the blood pressure, the heart rate were significantly improved compared with before （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. There was one patient with the blood pressure reduced, one patient with arrhythmia deterioration, and two patients with sinus bradycardia. Conclusion Cordarone for patients with arrhythmia had a certain effect, because of its lower inefficiency and deterioration, it is worthy to spread in clinic.
